RCI 2970N2 mod limiter removal

Can someone tell me how to locate the am mod limiter on this radio? I want to know if mine has it removed or not.

If it is a thru-hole parts board; then it should be in front of IC-6 on the right side of the board closer to the front of the radio. Been awhile since I've worked on that one. Q-40ish; something like that? I'd look for a bare transistor hole in that area. Or cut traces. Seen one ripped out of the board before by some hack. Usually, it is an unpopulated transistor marking on the board in that specific area that will give it away.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
