I'm not sure if anyone is interested, but I just found that the distributor I'm using for the forum store has some really inexpensive 2m, 220, & 440 mobile antennas. They also have some inexpesive combo (2m/440) antennas. None of them are fancy or major brands, but if you want something cheap that will work you might be interested. For example, a short 2m/440 that uses a standard 3/8-24 stud is like $10 (+shipping). They also have the Wintenna base scanner antennas for a really cheap price.

I don't have the forum store updated with this stuff yet, but I will as I get more info and have some time. Meanwhile, if anyone is interested or wants some specifics, let me know.

They have one of those little mag mount 2m antennas with the little gumdrop rare earth magnet & bnc connector. I also see something that is a mag mount 2m/220/440 that I think is really one antenna with interchangeable whips (hard to see in the pic). Of course, you could use the 2m/440 with the 3/8-24 on a cheap mag mount base. They also have the more expensive Wilson 2m mag mount, which is a really good antenna if you want to spend the extra money. I also see through the glass 2m/440 antennas.

I just got off the phone with them...they said they have a bunch of VHF/UHF stuff.

They have a 2m base vertical, a 440 quad antenna, all kind of mobile stuff. He's going to email me the list over. Hopefully this will make for some good deals for forum members.

They have that with a bnc connector. They also have a few 2 meter 5/8 wave mobile antennas. One of them is the Hustler SF2. It looks like they have the hamstick style HF antennas also.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
