is there anything about a refurbished radio that someone should be aware of?

are they lesser quality?

do they have a better alignment because a tech has looked at it?

i am curious because i have thought about buying one before, but wasnt sure what the real deal was.

my uniden i got from sparkys last fall was a referb . he didnt have them advertised on his site but he told me about them on the phone . he did his same free T&A on it that he does on all radios and ive had no problems with it . i run a 2018 xtreme on it and often get compliments without asking for a radio check or anything .
