I have been having to use the long form the last several years and have been using a local tax preparer.... but got it down to the simple form for this year and thought I would do it myself and save the pro's fees.
Used the service mentioned above and it was relatively quick, easy and painless. Had 3 different W2 type items and still it wasn't bad. They covered every base, asked around at all the different deductions one might qualify for and it was all pretty smooth.
Federal efile was free and my state efile was only $10
