my buddy won this on ebay before he talked to me a Regency BAH-100 100 Watt VHF Mobile Power Amplifier he thought he was getting a 10 meter lol amp are they good for any thing can a mob be do to change it to 27.000 fre.

I think that was a business band VHF amplifier. It probably will work into the 2m band also. No, there's no way you're converting that to 10 meters.
