Regency CBM 27-12

I have one on my bench but i dont have a Sams to figure out where and what tubes it uses as some are missing. Anyone have a scanned page that shows what and where the tubes go?

From CB-1. Didn't even know I had it as it's falling apart and the binding is gone. Hope it's the right one.
