He was portable and a very good signal into Washington, but, I really had a hard time believing because of his signal, but I also heard another guy from N.Y. talk with him also.
Right after we talked, a station from Johannesburg came on and said he was hearing me at S7, so I think he was legit.

Also worked a station in Morocco that I worked a few days ago.
