Jay Oka, JA1TRC, reports that Zorro, JH1AJT, is back in Myanmar (Burma) on a humanitarian mission and plans to get on the air as XZ1Z as soon as practical. He must still renew his license after he arrives in Naypyidaw, the nation’s capital.
