Retevis is celebrating their 16th Anniversary by giving away THREE Retevis Ailunce HA2 2m/440 APRS Radios!

That's right - THREE HA2's are being given away to WorldwideDX members! The contest rules are the same as the last drawing:

The Retevis HA2 is a 2M/440 radio with GNSS and APRS capabilities. It has an IP67 rating that can take just about whatever abuse you can throw at it. If you've never tried APRS and have been waiting for a reason to use it - this is your opportunity!

How to win this radio:
  • The giveaway is open to all active members of worldwidedx.com. "Active" means, you must have a minimum of 5 posts in this community before the drawing. The posts can be any meaningful reply to an existing thread, a post about your own radio activities, pictures of your station or you operating, or really anything that contributes to this community. A reply to this thread signing up for the drawing does not count toward your post count.
  • By signing up for this drawing, you are also agreeing that you will make a post about this radio somewhere on this site within 30 days of receiving the radio. You can do a review, or tell us about your experience using it, a story about how you used it for an activity, how you use it with APRS, or anything that is meaningful. There are not really any restrictions on the content - just tell us your story about what you are doing with the radio!
  • If nothing is posted, you forfeit your eligibility for future drawings and risk being invoiced by Retevis for the full retail price of the radio.
  • You do not need to have a ham license to win this radio, but it is helpful for posting the article. If you don't have a ham license, maybe this will encourage you to get one :)
  • Three radios are being given away with three drawings! There are no restrictions on how many of the three radios any individual can win, which means you can win one, two, or all three!
  • All entries receive ONE chance to win each drawing. Premium Members get TWO entries into each drawing.
  • To sign up for the drawing, reply to this thread that you understand the rules and wish to enter into the drawing.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by Copilot on October 3rd, 2026

Looks like an interesting APRS radio and I like APRS, a lot. Not sure if I understand the rules and my chances to win are about nil. That is the post.
