I know this may sound dumb but I am new and haven't touched a cb in 35 years. I hooked up a dipole antenna today and had a SWR of 1.1 but the rf power was way up in the red on transmit. Is that good or bad? I don't want to blow this old cam 89.
 

Do you have an external watt meter you could place in line to see what is really happening?
