Yes 350base ampWhich model RM amp do you have? The BLA 350 base amp?
My input was 10 watts it came up with high swr but was only 1.5:1They don't like High Drive at all.None of the RM amplifiers.if you keyed much into it then more than likely it Smoked the finals. The output is overrated on every one I have ever tested.

Some of the newer ones digest higher input. They don't like High Drive at all.None of the RM amplifiers.if you keyed much into it then more than likely it Smoked the finals. The output is overrated on every one I have ever tested.

Ok many thanks they are going back I’ve seen a few thing online now where people have had problems many thanks GrahamA 1.5.1 SWR is not High and I don’t know that output power can increase from SWR but it may give a False Reading.I guess the 10 watts is Peak Power not dead key? The dead key should be 4 watts or less from all that I have seen and tested.Lots of chat online about these amplifiers failing and not being what they are being sold as.Lots of hyped numbers and confusing specs but they do amplify for sure.

HEAT KILLS.I've had many RM amps. Treat them right and they'll perform for years. Keep them cool (just like any amp) and observe input power. The later RM builds are better quality and are a good buy. I have one KL-203 that's been operating for years.
Is the black 2 button KL203 the latest version? Is there a source here to buy from?I've had many RM amps. Treat them right and they'll perform for years. Hi I’ve tried all of that and nothing worked watched one blogg where he had same problem and he put it upside down in box and it then worked lol10 watt deadkey or 10 watts total peak into the amplifier? What radio were you using with it?
This is interesting -
These amplifiers include fast hardware protection circuits to protect the power transistors in the event of a high SWR condition on the antenna feedline.
Here is a good read on this amp - https://radioaficion.com/cms/bla350-plus/
Have you tried unplugging the amp from the wall? If it has protection circuits built into it and if one of them are triggered sometimes that stuff needs to have power removed to reset.
No idea in these types of amplifiers if that's the case but worth a try.
