RM KLV 550 Refurb/Repair

I have been restoring a KLV 550 (Rev 5) with no output and ive run into an issue. i get continuity between the wraps and the metal rods on T3 and i believe this is what is dragging the output down/holding it back. i have changed the wire wraps just incase it was shorted in the metal rods, does anyone have any solutions for me to try? please see attached file for schematic.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
