RM KLV1000

I know several people who have them. If it doesn't get killed in the shipping process, it should work fine. The main thing about the KLVs is they are pretty low drive, so a d/k of 1.5 to 2 watts is what you want to set your radio for, and no more than 20 watts pep, and it will do a nice job. Much cleaner than any X-force or any other garage-built comp amp. RM is a real electronics company. I don't own the 1000 or the 1000p, but I have one of every other base KLV model, and they all work well, no RFI problems. But like I say, be nice to them, don't drive the snot out of them, and they are a good product for a good price.
