roadstar rs-510 no tx

hi to all.my roadstar rs-510 has no tx,but rx is ok.the tx led comes on,but no rf output and the rf meter remain still.the final transistors seem ok.the pa is working ok.the mic is also fine.i cannot find the schematic on the internet.please help
