Hey Robb, what ever happened to the beam project with the Giz that you promised? It's summer time and times a wastin'. I don't feel well enough to do antenna projects yet, so I'm waiting on you boys to keep us up to speed with some ideas.

Rob is sending me the antenna to review.

My plans are to take pictures and describe the assembly procedure.

This will be as real world review. What I mean by this is, not all users have fancy test gear, instead just basic equipment like SWR meter, watt meters. I am NO WAY a tech, just a "Joe the Plumber User" LOL

So based on that, I will ask members to suggest a test for me to try using just that gear.

The antenna will be on a 70 foot Rohn 25 tower using a Ham IV.

I have an Imax 2000 in the air and a G5RV. So we can do some type of side by sides.

I will let everyone know when the antenna arrives from Rob.
