Not real easy as theres usually not enough room for the board and a battery to run it inside most flat mikes.What kind of radio are you planning to do this with?
If you like homebrewing up stuff thats great, I like projects too.
My advice on this is bite the bullet buy the board and install it in the radio. Its cheaper more compact and all the handy ground and power connections youll need are right there inside.
But if the project route is the way you want to go there are some diagrams for this on DEFPOMS site.
I know that you can buy the board mods for the roger beeps, but I honestly don't want to mod my radio internally. I think I saw a single tone roger beep mic online, but I was curious if there is a five tone mic like the board you can buy. If not, how easy would it be to do with a cheap-o unpowered mic? Thanks!
