Royce 40 channel SSB deluxe base 642 mod for channels HELP !!! SOS

Howdy my fine friends here on the best forum on Earth. GREETINGS ! I'm embarking on a tough rig to crack as this is the Royce base model 642 ...

I need some proven way or service manual for this radio in reference to getting the extra channels above 40 and possible a few below 1.

I hope somebody has some goods for me or knows of somebody or a web site or something please ? ? ? ?

I was able to locate some tweaks and alignments and clarifier stuff but extra channels are tougher to figure for this one I guess sigh.

secret cb books has some info for this radio. channel mods and clarifier unlock and some peak info.
you can find the books on cbtricks.com under the secretcb info. just looked at it so not hard to do.
