S-9 Needs some help

Sent my radio to J D Its needs put back to some sort of useability,Has had the tg removed and the mic gain no longer functions ,The audio is way tooooo much ,Everone says its overdrivin to the max,Looking to find someone That Knows W.T.F they are doing ,And put in a useable condition,,,,,,Jay on de pile....
