just picked up a Sanyo RP8880 for 20 bucks.
like a lot of people out there I found out the short wave bands are not working. I also have no manual. All in all 20 bucks for it wasen,t to bad! I,d like to try and find out if anyone has one of these reparied to where short wave was working again, and what the cost was. Also looking to see if I could find a manual dwnload. Would greatly appreciate any help on this. Thank,s BG Anch. Ak. rg@gci.net:confused1:

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
