Anybody using a sark 100? I just got one and the display screen doesn't work properly. When I turn the unit on it just shows a bunch of squares. I read somewhere that I need to update the software and that that may solve the issue. Is anybody aware of this problem? If so how did you fix it? I can always return it but I would rather just fix it if it's easy.
