just picked up a nonworking sbe land command ssb base. this radio appears to have the same board as a cobra 142. the radio is not working and when i was looking it over i noticed that it has a 11.325 crystal near the pll. shouldn't this be a 11.1125? i know to channel a 142 you change to a 11.3258. is a 11.325 the same.i think it is either this crystal or the pll that has gone bad. thanks for any info.
