Scancat Lite Plus Version 1.8.1 can't get the RadioReferenceFrequencyManager function working

Having an issue accessing the RadioReferenceFrequencyManager function - where the counties do not show up when clicking on any state.

Watched the Scancat Tutorial Video several times, but can't figure this out. Video at bottom.

I must have something configured incorrectly, but I have been unable to figure it out. Plugged in the 436 and the 780XLT to see if it makes any difference and it didn't.

This is what I see, no matter what I click on.

This forum does not allow a single user to have more than one username. If anyone wants to change their username contact an admin and it will be done. Multiple accounts belonging to the same member will be deleted without warning.
