If I mount my scanner antenna on the same mast a few feet under my Maco V58 radials, will it affect my CB performance in anyway?

Probably not. Lot's of people do it. I've got a scanner antenna mounted on the mast of my UVS-300 Dual band 2meter/440 antenna, and it is unaffected.
I didn't figure it would. I could also mount it on another mast under my 2 meter antenna I'm gonna put up, but I'd hafta have another 25 or so ft of coax for it.
