Looks to be pretty much the same as any one of hundreds of similar amps from around the same time period. I've owned several different Palomars and different Palomar knock-offs over the years, and the circuits in all of them were pretty similar.
There will be slight differences in matching networks depending on which transistors are installed.
Nearly all are class C, but there are a few with actual biasing (usually class A/B).
Your photo is too fuzzy to make out whether this one has biasing.

Generally, if you look at the circuit suggested on the datasheet for the original device installed in the amp you will be close to the actual schematic. The folks that built these things didn't do a huge amount of R&D, they figured out what worked and stuck with it for ever.
