Shure 522 PTT - how to wire to three pin XLR

New at all this and found this Shure 522 new in box at a garage sale with a Neutrik (sp) 3 pin XLR.

How do I wire it? I see the diagram for how to wire the white, green and Shield (which I assume is the silver cable), however I don't understand what to do with the red and black cables.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
