Mine blew up quickly from the winds I have here in Iowa. Great antenna while it was up, which was about 3 weeks or so. If you have any amounts of wind, you might want to look elsewhere for an antenna. I ended up getting another SPT-500 in very nice shape from a local and put that up.

that's a bummer. my NOS antenna specialists has taken 90 mph gusts with no problem.
they both have the radial supports, where did yours give out?
