How about the rules?
1. Meat turned in for judging must be meat supplied by Henry.
You can use any method you wish to for cooking.
2. Turn in time is 4:00 PM.
3. Meat turned in for judging must be in supplied Turn in box.
With either lettuce spinach or kale for garnish.
4. All contestants will draw a number prior to box turn in time,
and must not reveal there number until The winning number
5. Each contestant will write there number on the underside of
the lid of there turn in box.
Contest meat will be 2 full racks of St Louis style pork ribs.
Contest meat will be judged by taste texture and appearance on a 1
to 9 scale. 1 being uneatable and a 9 being excellent. A zero will be
issued if the rules are not met in a specific category. A total of 27
points can be earned per judge and the contestant with the highest
total combined earned points wins.
I am in +1 (gonna bring the YL) to hang and grub some tasty eats. See you guys and gals at the park!!
I unfortunately have to bow out of my duties as judge #3 - AE6LX (Tim) will have to take my place. So bummed I'll miss the good food, damnit!
