Softrock SDR Receivers


I have the ensemble RX and in the process of building the Ensemble II TXRX which will be my project as soon as the last cataract comes off next week.
 
I've been interested in the SoftRock kits for quite some time. I have a Flex 1500 and enjoy it very much. But, the idea of building my own SDR transceiver seems intriguing too.
Keep us posted on your progress. It will be interesting to read your thoughts on assembly and use of the SoftRock.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
