I figure masterthief would have deleted this one like he did mine at another forum because I had it list on ebay also.
Yeah I never understood that logic, this is a radio forum swap shop section, if you want to advertise that your item is on ebay, WHO CARES? I see nothing wrong with it. Its hard enough to sell this stuff as it is and then to be restricted even more than ebay? Thats crazy.
There are even forums that do not allow you to put FOR SALE or WANTED in the title. AGAIN, WHO CARES.
Sure it might not make your item sell as quick because the item is not in the search engine of the forum, but thats not the forums problem, thats the problem of the person selling it.
One thing we do, and that was at the request by the forum members here, is purge the old ads after 10 days of no response. OH, and we dont allow debating price or making comments about the item or price in the open section of the forum swap shop. If someone dont like the price, PM the seller, dont try to guilt them in to changing the price in public or commenting on the quality or such in public, do it in private.
