don't know if anybody has seen this but something to talk about =
Thanks to Cruz Mendoza Medina (Mud Duck Radio Station In Mexico City) for in looking at the circuit that Cruz is using to control the negative peaks via the Darlington Pair modulation transistors in his Cobra 148 I immediately got a spin off idea from Cruz which I call Cruz's Spinoff Peak Limiter Concept since he gave me this idea. In this circuit when the peak collector voltage goes high then D1 raises the voltage on R3 to pinch off the peak by reducing the bias between the emitter and base. The output gets inverted 180 degrees through C2 so I will have to follow this audio amp with an inverting Op Amp where I can also include a low pass audio filter in that stage. This will work for direct injection. The difference between the negative to positive peaks will be 95% for this circuit, I want to maybe have it more like 90% (0.9:1) to get the THD distortion down further.
I should also mention that this circuit has a wide bandwidth working well down into the bass end, however due to the nature of this circuit it has a -7.2 dB loss in gain which I will make up for in the Op Amp to follow this.
You can see the kind of modulation Cruz is getting in his video link below.

Kudos to Cruzito A.K.A "Patito de el Barrio" or "Mud Duck from the Hood" (y)

This a discussion between Cruzito and Dr Daniel Jackson

BTW he is not using the circuit in the video,he is using something from MMM and David Dowler
