Something to make a studio mike louder?

My current "studio" mike shows maybe 25-30 watts out on the meter, going into a stock Yaesu 767GX. Any ideas how to make it use a bit more radio power without clipping? I'm a bit soft-spoken. Any devices out there that would make my voice louder?
