Sparkomatic CB-10 Converter?

Looking online for odds and ends, I found a "Sparkomatic CB-10 Converter"
My guess is this device allows you to listen to CB on a standard AM car radio?

Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

the one i had years ago had a red wire to hook to hot ,,,, plugged antenna in converter plugged coax from converter to am/fm car radio and turn on then tune am radio to receive,,,,, i think i still have a sparkomatic in one of my junk boxes,,,,

Ok thank you, so I can listen to CB frequencies with a standard car radio using this?

According to Popular Mechanics they get a lot of engine noise.
