4. Bands
The Contest takes place in the 15-meter band only. We strongly recommend using frequencies between 21350kHz and 21450kHz in order to minimize interference with other users of the band. Please do not call on, or use, frequencies within +/-3kHz of the standard SSTV calling frequency 21340kHz for any Contest traffic.
