ke4wwr, here is the straight poop.
The original SD'r
Radiator = 99" and is three tapred pieces of tubing.
Ground radials = 107"
One of the old knock-offs noted as the M-400
Radiator = 98.25" and is only two tapered pieces.
Ground radials = 107.25"
The original SD's hub is smaller than the knock-offs that I have seen and is basically a flat hub. The knock-off hub is about 2.5" in height and it is tapered like a cone.
Other knock-offs may be different.
