stonewall will not transmit?????

I have an old style stonewall that has lost transmit,when it first acted up it would receive and would key but no watts after about 30 minutes it started working,the next day did the same thing,then I had no problems for about 2 weeks then it did it again but never came back??????
 

OK , I have the general grant, same board same linear.. OK there is a diode and a Load right there by the finals it could be them or your power regulator, if it is a B754 change it to a B817 or back to a 754. try that for now?
