I’ve got a 447 I’ve checked the finals and drivers and no transmit the AWI is flashing recieve is fine but no tx

I would first check your SWR. Your AWI will flash if your SWR is high or if your PLL is out of lock. Not sure how much technical knowledge you have but if your SWR is good I would check to see if your VCO/PLL is in out of lock condition or even check around the pre-driver area to see if you have RF going to the driver/final section.

I can take a meter probe and get Rf when I touch the probe to tr 914

It will transmit when I touch the probe to the transistor

Cold solder joint??? Re-flow transistor legs to solder pads on main board and give that a try.
