Looks like a 1980s CNC or other industrial machine controller. Unless you're building audio amplifiers, there's not all that much recycled circuit appeal here. What you have is all about the specs. The big blue capacitors will have their ratings printed on them. Without those numbers they all look the same.

We have been sending parts from this generation of stuff to the e-cycling cruncher. Keeping them on the shelf seemed worthwhile 30 years ago, but now not so much. And yes, we used some of those parts for power supplies over the years. The ones with the wrong voltage/capacitance ratings are what was left.

Doesn't mean you can't find a use for this stuff. Just the same, have a look for date codes on those big blue capacitors. If they are over 30 years old, this means they don't have a lot of years left in them.

And if someone just "gave" you this stuff, now you know why.
