That would have to be one hell of a massive yield weapon to level Washington from an underground detonation. The sinkholes at the Nevada Test Site (check out Google Earth) show what kind of damage zones were created during testing of megaton weapons.
the guy who is saying this seems like a religious nutcase.
i think the "atomic bomb" he is speaking of is some sort of gay pride parade in washington DC on oct 10-11th.
this is just what i gathered from going to youtube and reading the info on the video.
