Ive heard it that loud here before but never noticed them bleeding much in to other channels. Usually just 5 and 7.

I was out driving around yesterday and heard Prime come in clear as if he was in the next lane. LOTS of people scrambling to make contacts, I didn't bother. 38LSB was a trainwreck yesterday LOL.

I couldn’t make contact with him but 38lsb in SoCal was excellent!!! It would get mashy at times but it was awesome. Just like today! Although conditions changed sooner today.

Different strokes for different folks.
Not everyone on 025 is running a splatter station, and I hear some nice sounding Amplitude Modulation there at times.
I think most serious guys on the bowl want a serious sounding signal, not a trashy over modulated one.
But the trashy stations give everyone a bad rap.

Last week a guy was splashing me on channel 28...from 6. I should have recorded the psychedelic colors on my sdr's screen.
Lots of real good sounding stations on 28 these days.

Yep, just like a lot of operators (?) on 75/80(3840,3843) and on 40 (7225, 7250) and on 20 (14.313, 14.310) those are all part of the wasteland, those bands and operators aren't any different than CB.

So I guess we can agree that there are bad operators in both radio services.
No mater what hobby you are in, you are bound to run across difficult individuals at times.
The thing that ties us all together is having fun playing radio regardless of the name of the service.
