superstar 3900 gold off freq

i have a superstar 3900 gold that is a little off freq and i have a freq counter can someone tell what to turn that may put it back i feel someone has been messing with it before i got it
 

I wish I could help you. Everything I could find online for that radio was a little different than what the radio actually is. Different pots, locations, etc.
Mine is a little off, too. AM works okay with the knob left of center, and lower sideband works fine, make contacts with it. Upper sideband is completely whacked, but I don't use USB in the mobile where my gold face is, so I'm not worried with it.
