I had a bear of a time figuring this out....nothing on the web seemed correct. ....so I got out the DVM and figured it out.
PIN 1- AUDIO /YELLOW
2-SHIELD /SHIELD
3- RECEIVE/ BLACK
4-COMMON /WHITE
5-TX /RED
hope this helps someone.....in using the DVM.....its helpful to realize for the 148 there should be continuity between pin 3 and pin 4 until you key the mic, then it should go OPEN.....then check between pin 4 and pin 5....there should be continuity when KEYED.....HENCE TX....
