Swing mods

Anybody know any swing mods for a connex 3300 (NOT HP ).
It will feed a KVL 550

HOWDY,,I have several galaxys.One is a 33.I have found
that the N.P.C. Mod/with volted final works real good.
GO TO CB RETARDS WEB SITE for the easy to follow
mod..Only requires removing one cap.And adding a 1n4001 diode
and 100 ohm resistor.And adding a short jumper.

The cb retards mod section is password protected now, so you'll need to find your mod else where.

3300 swing

R238 (located near VR13,to the left of the transformer) lift the right leg (closest to transformer) and solder in a 1n4001(or 4003 ect) Cathode side down,facing the board,then resolder the opposite end of R238 to the diode.

Max swing can now be achieved regardless of the deadkey.
This mod can be used on most connex,galaxy chassis style radios.
