Swr off the meter. Please help

on his front page scroll down a little , there will be a nice writeup
on how to use your meter.theres also a video too which i find
will probaly more helpful than trying to explain it on here. jmo
 
Make sure the SWR meter is hooked up correctly. Radio goes to the INPUT and antenna goes to the OUTPUT if it is labeled that way. Hooking it up backwards has happened to more people then they want to admit. :thumbup1:
 
And we wonder why trucker radios only reach 1-3 miles at the most. :laugh:

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
