I talked to Sydney a few years ago (twice) from N.C. on the flat side of a Moonraker IV and an Elkin 8 tube (1000 watts) and a Galaxy Saturn 11 meters. Needless to say it is my alltime record. 8)

If you would like to keep tabs on what is happening through out the 11 meter band as to were the "dx" is coming from 24 hrs a day then go this site.

Get logged in and then you will be able to watch and see when stations from all parts of the world are active and what freq's they are on.
You can use your CDX No. if you have one or some other number to log on with.
The South Pacific and North Pacific will start rolling into my area pretty good around Oct. Then Asia around Jan. & Feb.

Thanks for the link. I no longer have my base station, just a mobile. It's almost time to rebuild my base again.
