Those are nice little AM bases and will tune up very nicely. what you can do for talkback is this (beings there no P.A. jack) , Take a 100 ohm resistor and attach it to the ground side of the front firing speaker on that unit to the boards ground, Walla !! you have talkback !! (you can add a little wire to it if it doesn't reach the board) high ohms for less or lower ohms for more talkback volume , there's other ways to do it but that should work in a pinch.
Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
