I want to put talkback in this new grant lt i just bought

different value you resistors give you different volume levels ...you can put a 1/2 watt 80 to 150 ohm resistor on the ground points of the PA and the Ex.speaker jacks on the bottom of the board . S-K
 
Try 47 Ohm. You can also put a switch in line to shut it off, or put a potentiometer inline to make variable talkback. You can do this on all these Uniden and Cobras but it doesnt work on the XPorts.
 
with that 47 ohm'er .....I would really have to have a on/off switch ..to loud for me (-:
