I bought one for 50 bucks but it needs a tune up . I can't find anything about it just the 23 ch version.

Don't have one and have never worked on one, so I can only tell what i found via web search.

Best I can find is Sams CB-126/127, whichever one has the Cobra 139XLR in it.

It's a uPD858 chassis, so you most likely got a good deal.

Yeah but its NOT the same board as what's in a cobra 139 xlr or Robyn 520d. It's also not the same as the Courier 40 chs.

I have the manual you are looking for but will have to find it in all my files. it is a pdf version. the original manual was very faded and Rick from Euro Radio rewrote it for me so it looked nice and neat. it will take a day or two to hunt it down.
PM me your email address and I will send it to you when I find it. I have one of those radios and I located a manual about 100 miles south of me and the only way I could get it was to drive down and help the guy put up a tower and he gave me the manual for helping put up the tower. this radio is very different from any other I have found.

The closest board to that Stalker 2 I think would be the Midland 79-893. The Stalker 2 that I had was about spot on with the Midland radio model I mentioned above. Look up info for a Midland 79-893.

~Cheers~

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
