Telescopic Antennas

I think I might have found some telescopic antennas that will work with some handheld radios:

Extended length: 115 cm. Unstretched length: 15.5 cm.

Looks like they should fit the 2-watt Realistic models, maybe with a little modification of the bottom of it, if it has a flat tab instead of a screw that goes in the bottom. Sure, they're not the nice center-loaded antennas, but hell, if it works "good enuf", it's better than a broken antenna.

There is a guy on fleabay still selling NOS center loaded antennas. They are the later
Model type though.

Oh, I don't care if they're the older or newer type... Working is better than broken, even if it's not exact.
