TELEX CB-1200 wiring help

I need help in wiring the headset to my Pierce-Simpson Panther radio.I'm unable to findd the wiring info for the plug on the TELEX CB-1200.

Thank you for the link. There is one wire left,a blue wire. Any idea as to where it may go?

I just opened up the thumb switch for transmit. The micro switch is wired:
Black:common
Red: Normally closed
Blue: Normally Open
Hope this helps.

A lot of times the blue wire is not used or blue and shield are tied together
