The lullaby on channel 17

Any of you out there receiving the "digital lullaby" on channel 17? I think someone near me is doing it. It stays keyed down for hours. Just wondering how for its reaching out.

I've been hearing it here in southern Missouri for a few weeks now... usually late afternoon. Very strong signal. Posters on various CB forums have been complaining about it and they all say it must be someone running serious power.

I hear both the air horn and the jingle when the band's up - strongest signal is off my SW-facing sloper.

I never heard the lullaby but a few months ago I heard a broadcast out of Chicago or some other Yankee town out in that region. I think it was on 17? It sounded like the NOAA weather alert broadcasts but instead of weather it gave some sex offender(s) alert (name, descriptions and addresses of sex offenders in that area). Heard it on the mobile and the base.
